As one of the first flowers to arrive in early spring, these hardy perennials symbolize renewal and hope and are a popular flower when it comes to representing springtime.

Daffodils come from the narcissus family, of which there are many different types. The most treasured varieties surprisingly aren’t yellow, we love the faded peach and creamy display of Narcissus Delnashaugh and Narcissus Actaea with its pure white petals and vivid yellow and red centre. New Year, New Wreath!

In the spirit of being intentional with our designs, repurposing is going to be a big word for us at FleuRich this year, and we’re starting with refreshing our Winter Wreaths.

Bringing people together through the love for floral therapy is our passion and the recent Winter Wreath Workshops we hosted at our neighbors, Barn Owl Brewing, brought everything to life!

The live workshops took place in the heritage barn at Barn Owl Brewing, in the newly converted mezzanine level, the perfect place for community connections and of course drinking locally brewed beer and wine.

As the nights grow longer and the daylight starts depleting our bodies naturally want to hunker down and get cozy within our homes. One of our favorite ways to embrace the season is to create an evening ritual and ours starts with lighting a candle.

Candlelight gives us light within the darkness of life, representing a bright future and we'll take that positive thinking in bundles come winter time! But do you know how to care for your candle? There's more to simply lighting the flame and blowing it out before you go to bed at night.

A long time ago we had vision of holding a workshop at a flower farm...let's just say dreams come true and blossom into inspiring experiences!

A couple of weeks ago we held a floral workshop with attendees from The Jilly Academy; The Academy at the Farm, along with installing all the stunning event floral décor using the Eleven Acres Farm harvest.

This time last year things we're changing at FleuRich, in a big way! Oh hello beautiful! Meet the most beautiful bloom on the planet. Ok, you'll hear us say that about many flowers but there are so many that steal our hearts!

This month we relish in the most fascinating bloom that casts it's spell upon us every season, the dahlia.

Team FleuRich are proud allies and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and what better way was there to show our love during Pride Month this June than with flowers?

We designed a limited edition Pride Bouquet, bursting with bright and colorful blooms, with a percentage of sales that directly supported a local charity close to our hearts, Etcetera here in Kelowna, BC.

Last week we were delighted to hand over a donation of $455.48 directly to the team.

We're coming into the last week of locally grown Peonies here in BC and wanted to take a moment to celebrate these late springtime beauties.

One of our teams absolute favorites, these stunning blooms are the only frills to be seen with this season and nothing beats the variety of pink toned hues.
