Winter Wreath Workshop at Barn Owl Brewing

Bringing people together through the love for floral therapy is our passion and the recent Winter Wreath Workshops we hosted at our neighbors, Barn Owl Brewing, brought everything to life!

The live workshops took place in the heritage barn at Barn Owl Brewing, in the newly converted mezzanine level, the perfect place for community connections and of course drinking locally brewed beer and wine.

Laurence Introducing The Workshop

We started off the Workshop with introductions from Laurence and teachings on how to create the perfect recipe for your winter wreath.

Then it was on to the clipping, with aromas of cedar, pine and eucalyptus filling the barn, it was beginning to look and smell a lot like Christmas.

Winter Wreaths In The Making

Everyone was given the opportunity to create their own design, with guidance from Laurence and Emily on the technical aspects of attaching the greenery bundles to the wreath frame.

The time and attention to detail that goes into floral artistry was well and truly noted by all of you, wreath making looks easy in Laurence's hands, another thing altogether for us hobby crafters – respect.

The end results were absolutely stunning and the wreaths are now adorning the doors of your Kelowna homes, welcoming in the festive joy and cheer of the season.
