RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


WHEN CAN I GET A REFUND ON AN ORDER?

We start designing and your flowers as soon as we receive your order so we ask that you kindly don't cancel an order once placed, we'd rather reschedule your delivery. However if you do need to cancel we require 48 hours notice in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to be eligible for store-credit, minus transaction fees, We do not issue refunds.


WHEN AM I NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT?

If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup date, you are no longer eligible to store credit.


WHAT IF THE ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Once flowers have been delivered or picked up FleuRich Creations is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call or email within 6 hours of your pick-up or delivery. The arrangement must be presented in-person at the shop, or detailed photos must be emailed to orders@fleurich.shop Any claims made after 6 hours of your pick-up or delivery will not be considered. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient. Please note, we are unable to exchange, refund, or provide store credit for plants purchased.


SHOP MERCHANDISE + GIFTS

We’re happy offer an exchange or store credit for returns of full-priced items purchased online or in store, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase, minus transaction and delivery fees incurred. Please provide all original packaging, as well as the receipt. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


WHAT ARE TRANSACTION FEES?

As a small business we incur transaction fees for taking card payments. Whilst we choose not to pass these on to our customers at the point of sale, when it comes to an exchange or store credit, our service provider will not refund. Therefore any store credit you receive will be minus the transaction fee we have been charged. This currently varies between 2-4% of the total transaction price.
