WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We are open 9 AM to 5 PM Tuesday - Friday and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays. We are closed Sunday and Monday.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Visit our weekly offering menu available on our SHOP. At checkout, you can choose to have your order delivered or to pick it up at our shop, located at #102 - 4639 Lakeshore Rd, Kelowna, BC. V1W 1X3.


DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERIES?

Same-day delivery cutoff is 12:00 pm. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered the following business day. Non-floral items will be dispatched within 2 business days unless accompanying a fresh floral delivery.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Once flowers have been delivered or picked up FleuRich Creations is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. All quality claims must be made within 6 hours of your pick-up or delivery, and the arrangement must be presented in-person at the shop, or detailed photos must be emailed to hello@fleurich.ca. Any claims made after 6 hours of your pick-up or delivery will not be considered.


WILL YOU CONTACT THE RECIPIENT?

Yes, we will when sending out the delivery to make sure there is someone available to receive the flowers. For this reason, we ask that you please list the best contact phone number for the recipient when entering their shipping address.


CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

To cancel a preorder send an email to hello@fleurich.ca. Cancellations or modifications for preorders scheduled within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.


HOW DO YOU HANDLE SPECIAL REQUESTS?

All of our designs are the designer’s choice unless clearly stated in the product description. Although we are happy to take special requests for colour palettes, we reserve the right to substitute as needed. We will never guarantee any specific flowers or colours. Special requests can be added at checkout in the ‘‘additional info’’ box.


DO YOU OFFER FLORAL SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes! You can pick between a wrapped bouquet or vase arrangement for a monthly delivery or pickup. For more information visit our SUBSCRIPTION PAGE.


DO YOU DO WEDDINGS?

Yes, we do. We are currently booking full-service weddings for limited 2022 dates. This option is for those who are looking for a comprehensive design proposal - including ceremony design, installation work and custom arrangements. DO YOU DO WORKSHOPS?

Absolutely, we love hosting workshops! We host floral arranging, flower crown and wreath-making every season. Until further notice, all our workshops are virtual and we are not booking private groups. Sign up to our newsletter FLEURICH INSIDERS to stay up to date on upcoming classes.
